Today, I start this glog with the intention of saring my experience in the world of making cheese and other home-made products.
Some months ago, I was given some row goat milk. I seached for a recipe on the internet to know how to make cheese. I found one, so I did a cheese. It was a good experience. And since then I decided to do older cheeses, because those are which I like. I found much information and the support of TIENDACAPRA.
I've just done some. At the beggining the cheeses weren't good enought for me, so I made more and more. Now they deserve an 8 out of 10.
